Delivery Policy
Orders within Greece are sent by ACS / Courier with estimated delivery within 2-4 working days. Orders within the rest of EU countries are sent by ACS / Courier with estimated delivery within 6-7 working days. In case of damaged products on delivery, you should contact your local mail and fill in the relevant Reimbursement form. - For orders less 95,00€ the shipping cost is 29,00€, for orders more than 95,00€ till 120,00€ shipping cost is 32,00€.
Product Returns
In the event of a return, an e-mail should be sent to eorganicosmetics@gmailcom, where the order code will be clearly indicated, either by telephone at +30 6974828367.
The product must be in excellent condition, so we recommend that you do not remove any label or sticker during the test! As soon as we receive and accept your return, we will contact you to confirm receipt of your parcel.
